Tapping into your body’s wisdom: A guide to muscle testing

Muscle testing is a method that helps you tap into your body’s wisdom. It works by bypassing your conscious mind. It gives you a glimpse into your subconscious. This is important because our beliefs are stored in the subconscious mind. Some of these beliefs help us grow, while others keep us stuck. Muscle testing can reveal what your beliefs are. Once you identify a belief, you can decide whether to keep it or change it. More: Healing through the Theta Healing technique

Guidelines – Part one

You can do this by yourself, or if you are a healing practitioner, it’s important to ask questions and monitor body responses using muscle testing. If you notice that the person doing muscle testing is not responding correctly, stop the testing until the person who is using muscle testing is fully hydrated. Hydration can be achieved with a small amount of water, adding salt to the water, or gently placing hands on the kidneys. These methods will help the body become hydrated and stable for the healing process.

Once hydrated, continue with the testing. Firmly press their index finger and thumb together. While holding fingers together, say “Yes.” The fingers should remain tightly joined. Next, you should say “No.” If the fingers remain tightly joined, it might mean that the client is still not properly hydrated. The fingers should separate if the client is adequately hydrated. In this case, the client should drink more water to become properly hydrated and ready for muscle testing. More: Does body language tell the truth?

During the testing, carefully observe how you hold your fingers— they should remain tightly pressed together while the statement is made. Make sure you or the client is not trying to manipulate the process by opening and closing your fingers. Also, check if the client’s aura field is disrupted or damaged. It is recommended to make an up-and-down hand movement to clear any interference caused by someone entering the client’s space. More: Feel more comfortable in your body with somatic yoga

Guidelines – Part two

You can use an alternative muscle testing method when working on yourself, over the phone, or when the client is physically present. The person should stand and face forward. When the person says “Yes,” their body should lean forward to indicate a positive response. When they say “No,” their body should lean backward, indicating a negative response. If the body does not lean in either direction, it suggests the person is not adequately hydrated. More: Scientifically established influence of the sea on brainwaves

Dehydration is also indicated if the person leans forward when the answer should be “No,” or backward when the answer should be “Yes”—in other words, leaning in the opposite direction. Another reason for the body not leaning in the correct direction could be a lack of awareness of the program being tested. In such cases, it will be necessary to install the missing awareness. If the practitioner has difficulty muscle testing the client, it may indicate that the client’s brain prioritizes differently, making testing challenging or even impossible. To overcome this issue, the practitioner should “anchor” the client using Divine energy and make an up-and-down hand movement in front of the client.

Understanding Muscle Testing

Muscle testing helps tap into the body’s wisdom by accessing the subconscious mind. This technique reveals underlying beliefs stored in the subconscious, which can either support or hinder personal growth. To use muscle testing effectively, ensure the client is well-hydrated, as dehydration can affect results. For a simple finger test, have the client press their fingers together and respond with “Yes” or “No.”

The fingers should remain joined or separate accordingly. If results are inconsistent, check hydration levels and clear any interference. For self-testing or testing remotely, observe body leaning—leaning forward indicates a positive response while leaning backward indicates a negative one. Difficulty in muscle testing might suggest issues with hydration or awareness, which can be addressed by using techniques to balance energy and enhance clarity.
